Cardio – (Moderate / HIIT) Walk at 4.2 speed, then 5.5 incline for 10 Minutes, 4 sets of Haymakers, 30, 25, 25,20 (Partner rest between sets), end with Jog on Treadmill at 6.0 speed for 6 Minutes
