Return Policy
This policy applies to products purchased directly from Second Chance Lifestyle™. If you purchased a Second Chance Lifestyle™ product from a retail store or other distributor, please refer to the distributor’s policy.
Products purchased directly from Second Chance Lifestyle™ may be returned within 30 days of the ship date. In order to return an item, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number from us. To obtain an RMA number, call us at 855-521-5210. You will need your order number when requesting an RMA number.
Second Chance Lifestyle accepts returns of merchandise only under the following conditions.
- You must receive an RMA number before shipping the product to us
- Products returned without an RMA number will not be refunded or credited and will be discarded
- Your return must be received within two (2) weeks after we provide your RMA number
- Returned products must be returned undamaged, with the original packaging, and with all contents intact
- Refunds do not include shipping and handling
Upon receipt of an authorized return, Second Chance™ will inspect the return for compliance with the above. If an authorized return is in compliance with this Return Policy, at Second Chance’s sole discretion, Second Chance™ may refund the original purchase price and applicable sales tax.
