Tone & Tighten

This class is designed to meet the needs of a true beginner but scalable for all fitness levels. This class is usually 30 minutes total in length and uses bodyweight and minimal equipment like dumbbells to get a total body workout. Following a 40 seconds on, 20 seconds of rest interval model of training you will tone your muscles while burning fat!
