Senior Fitness

This class is for anyone 55 and over. We work out of a chair and off of a wall for many of the movements, but don’t let that fool you. Ben makes sure everyone gets a great workout whether you have had a knee or hip replacement, or you are still able to run a mile a day. This class really is for everyone and can be modified for all!
